  Since buying our apartment in Tenerife we have spent in excess of 5000 euros In Chafiras over 1000 euros last year but will not be spending another cent in this store.When we were there last December we brought 2 pots of emulsion paint we ran out of time so didn't ' get round to painting the lounge. We were back in June used the first pot with no problem, we opened the 2nd pot to find it mouldy and stinking we still had the receipt so we went back to Chafiras to get a replacement for a faulty product.

  At customer service all going fine they even said had it had happened before.Then they noticed the date on receipt 2nd December that changed everything because on the bottom of receipt it says 15 days to exchange or get a refund we argued that the product was faulty a manager was called all he kept saying and pointing to the 15 days on the receipt, the paint was 19 euros for goodness sake, No problem with shop floor staff but MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE RUBBISH.Like I said we will not spend another cent in this overpriced store, our money will now go to Leroy Merlin. So be warned check everything you buy because if you find it's faulty after 15 days you lose your money.

  Si bien...los empleados no tienen grandes conocimientos sobre lo que venden...si tu sabes lo que buscas ...lo encuentras...
